2. Description of Service: Scraps simplifies your macro tracking eating journey. Scraps empowers you to finish off your macros for the day with your favorite foods. The Service may include, but is not limited to, macro ratios, pantry of your favorite foods, calculations for the foods from your pantry that will complete your macro objectives.

3. User Responsibilities: (a) Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. (b) Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. (c) Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users. (d) User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post or submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Scraps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.

The arbitration shall take place in Colorado, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) Harass, threaten, or intimidate others. (b) Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. (c) Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any viruses, malware, or other harmful software. (d) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. (e) Engage in any unauthorized advertising or spamming.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCRAPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SCRAPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Third-Party Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Scraps. Scraps has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Scraps shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

14. Changes to the Service: SCRAPS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE, OR ANY PART OF IT, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. YOU AGREE THAT SCRAPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE.
